1991-94 Mercury Capri : A Modern Collectible Car

The 91-94 Mercury Capri will be a collectible car from the 90s. Only 66,000 were made. It was made in Australia and contained a 1.6L Mazda engine and suspension, identical to the early Miata. The Capri was a three person sport car with ample trunk space. It was faster than the Miata with its XR2 turbo, 132 hp, model. It was front wheel drive. The Capri was to compete with the Miata, and although car reviewers loved the car, the public did not. It also handled worse than the Miata. Of the 66,000 made, only 30,000 exist in the world. There are even less XR2 models. In 1994, only 6000 were made. The Capri was designed from the Mazda Protege and 323 GTX and Aspire.
